Synopsis
A brief period of advisory level winds and seas across the offshore waters in the wake of departing low pressure should settle below advisory levels before dawn. High pressure over the Southern Plains will then build into the northern Gulf during Thursday. Moderate offshore winds and seas will subside later Thursday into Friday as the high pressure system builds further east across the region.

Northwest wind around 10 knots. Seas around 2 feet...except 1 to 2 feet in Apalachee Bay. Protected waters smooth to a light chop. A slight chance of showers.
Thursday Night
Northwest wind around 10 knots decreasing to 5 to 10 knots. Seas 1 to 2 feet. Protected waters smooth to a light chop.
Friday
Variable winds less than 10 knots becoming onshore 5 to 10 knots in the afternoon. Seas around 1 foot. Protected waters smooth.
