The National Weather Service in Cleveland has issued a

* special marine warning for...
Lake Erie from Avon Point to Geneva-On-The Lake OH
including Fairport Harbor... Cleveland and Willowick...

* until 800 PM EDT

* at 630 PM EDT... National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated a
thunderstorm... producing strong winds over 35 knots near Avon Point
moving northeast at about 20 knots.

* The storm will move along the Lakeshore crossing Cleveland and
moving to Lake County after 7 PM.

Mariners can expect gusty winds... high waves... dangerous lightning...
and heavy rains. Boaters should seek safe Harbor immediately... until
this storm passes.
