Winds are for mid lake. Nearshore winds may vary considerably due to

shoreline effects.

October 31.



Western Lake Superior.

Strong wind warning in effect.

Wind southeast 20 knots veering to south 20 near midnight then to

southwest 20 Wednesday afternoon. Periods of rain beginning early

this evening and ending Wednesday morning.



Eastern Lake Superior.

Strong wind warning in effect.

Wind southeast 20 knots veering to south 20 near noon Wednesday then

to southwest 20 Wednesday evening. Chance of showers this evening.

Periods of rain overnight and Wednesday morning.



Whitefish Bay.

Strong wind warning in effect.

Wind southeast 20 knots veering to south 15 Wednesday afternoon then

to west 15 Wednesday evening. Chance of showers after midnight.

Periods of rain Wednesday morning and afternoon.



Lake Huron.

Strong wind warning in effect.

Wind southeast 15 knots increasing to 20 early this evening then

veering to south 25 near noon Wednesday. Wind veering to southwest

20 Wednesday evening. Periods of rain beginning Wednesday morning

and ending Wednesday evening.



Georgian Bay.

Strong wind warning in effect.

Wind southeast 10 knots increasing to 15 early this evening and to 20

Wind east 15 knots veering to southeast 15 early this afternoon then

Wind light becoming east 15 knots this afternoon then veering to

southeast 15 near midnight. Wind veering to southwest 15 Wednesday

afternoon. Periods of rain beginning Wednesday evening.



Eastern Lake Ontario.

Wind northeast 10 knots veering to east 10 early this evening then to

southeast 10 near midnight. Wind increasing to southeast 15 early

Wednesday morning then veering to southwest 15 Wednesday evening.

Periods of rain beginning Wednesday evening.



Kingston to Cornwall.

Wind light becoming southwest 10 knots near noon Wednesday. Periods

of rain beginning Wednesday evening.
